Fresh Cranberry Orange Relish

A delicious, tangy recipe that also happens to be low FODMAP (as well as paleo and vegan!).


This recipe was literally ripped off the back of the Ocean Spray cranberry package.


1 unpeeled orange, cut into eighths and seeded
1 12-ounce package fresh or frozen cranberries, rinsed and drained
1/2 to 1 cup sugar*


Place half the cranberries and half the orange slices in food processor container. Process until mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat with remaining cranberries and orange slices. Stir in sugar. Store in refrigerator or freezer. 

Makes about 3 cups. 


* I tend to use less sugar than what is called for in most recipes. In my opinion, 1/2 a cup is plenty sweet!
