Gluten Free Fruit Gels

A simple and fun treat, that is also healing for little (and big) tummies.


1 envelope gelatin
2 cups of your favorite fruit juice, separated


Pour 1 cup of cold juice into 9-by-9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with 1 envelope of gelatin. Meanwhile, heat the other cup of fruit juice over medium-high until steaming. Pour into the pan and stir until juice and gelatin are combined. Refrigerate overnight, then cut into squares, or use a cookie cutter to make fun shapes.
