Sweet & Chocolatey, without the guilt.
½ cup walnuts
½ cup dates (medjool) –soft ones, pitted
¼ cup 100% cocoa powder (I only use organic)
Makes 15 small treats.
Add walnuts and dates to a food processor and pulse until fine. Make sure the dates are pitted first (I made that mistake once)! If the mixture is too thick, and the blades are getting stuck you can add a little water (no more than a tsp).
Add the cocoa powder and blend evenly.
Take a tsp or small melon ball scooper and make small balls evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
