How to Make Red, White and Blue Popsicles

These red, white and blue popsicles are a delicious and healthy alternative to fructose-laden store-bought pops. Made with simple ingredients and a touch of maple syrup, what sweeter way is there to celebrate America’s birthday (or even Memorial Day)? They are so easy to make, that even a kid could do it. 1 cup organic red berries (strawberries, raspberries or a both). Fresh or frozen and defrosted.
1 cup canned coconut milk
1 cup organic blueberries, fresh or frozen and defrosted.
1 – 3 Tablespoons of maple syrup, honey or other sweetener of choice.
